However, due to the nature of precious metals and cryptocurrency transactions, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable.


1. General Policy Overview

All sales of precious metals (including gold, silver, platinum, and palladium) through Bullionbit are final. Once a purchase has been confirmed and payment completed using cryptocurrency, it is not eligible for return or refund. This policy is in place due to the volatility of precious metal prices and the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Precious metals, including but not limited to gold, silver, platinum, and palladium.
  • Bullion bars and coins purchased through our platform.
  • Any products where payment was made via cryptocurrency.

2.1 Cryptocurrency Payments

Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency prices and the irreversible nature of crypto payments, Bullionbit does not offer refunds or cancellations once a cryptocurrency payment has been confirmed and completed on the blockchain.


3. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

While all sales are final, we do understand that unexpected issues can occur. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under specific circumstances. Please follow the guidelines below.

3.1 Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify Bullionbit within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please provide the following details when contacting us:

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photographs or videos of the damaged or defective product and the packaging.

Our team will assess the situation and may request additional information to verify the damage. Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.


4. Order Cancellations

4.1 Before Order Processing

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order is in the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be canceled.

4.2 After Order Processing

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled due to the fluctuation in precious metal prices and the finality of cryptocurrency transactions.


5. Refund Process

Refunds are typically only issued in cases of damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items, as outlined in Section 3. If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment.

5.1 Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. The refund amount will be based on the original purchase price at the time of the transaction, minus any applicable fees. Refunds are processed back to the same cryptocurrency wallet used for the initial transaction.


6. Shipping and Handling Costs

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). If you are returning a product due to damage or defect, Bullionbit may cover the cost of return shipping on a case-by-case basis.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is shipped and a tracking number is provided, the responsibility for the shipment is transferred to the carrier. Bullionbit is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your peace of mind.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or shipping provider. You may also contact us, and we will assist you in tracking the package or filing a claim with the carrier.
